Support

Apply with AI support and installation help

Use the account tools and these checks before changing local storage or reinstalling the extension.

Contact support

Open your support conversations to ask a question, report a bug, or suggest a feature. Use the Help button inside your account to start a new request and receive replies in your dashboard.

You can also email support@applywithai.app for account, installation, billing, or refund help. For a billing question, include your Stripe invoice identifier so we can locate the payment.

Trial, cancellation, and refunds

New subscriptions include a three-day free trial. Cancel in Manage billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After a paid charge, access continues through the current paid period; cancelling does not automatically issue a refund. For purchases marked “Sold through Link”, contact Link transaction support; Stripe may issue refunds under the Link terms and its refund policies. For existing direct-sale subscriptions, we do not offer voluntary refunds after a charge, except that any refund required by applicable law will be provided. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged. Read the trial, billing, cancellation, and refund terms.

Installation and service status

Read the public installation guide before downloading, or check service status for current availability.

Quick recovery

  1. Confirm your subscription and installation slot under Account.
  2. Open Downloads and verify you have the latest promoted release.
  3. Keep the same permanent extension folder and use Reload on chrome://extensions.
  4. If a provider connection is unavailable, choose another available connection in Settings and run its connection test.
  5. On Upwork, copy the generated draft manually if page insertion is unavailable. For a paused LinkedIn run, read the panel’s question or error, complete any required manual step, then choose Continue or Skip.

Your provider credentials stay local. Reconnect from the extension, or choose another available provider connection in Settings. The provider setup guides include a connection test.

Download is denied

Confirm that the account is active and the requested release is promoted. Staged releases are intentionally unavailable.
