Terms for Apply with AI

These terms apply when you access or subscribe to Apply with AI.

Your seller

Apply with AI provides the product and product support. For purchases marked “Sold through Link”, Stripe provides the merchant-of-record service through Link and the Link transaction terms shown at checkout apply. Apply with AI remains the seller for existing direct-sale subscriptions. You can contact us at support@applywithai.app.

The product

Apply with AI is a Chrome extension for Upwork and LinkedIn. On Upwork, it scores jobs and drafts and fills proposals and client-message replies; you review and press Send or Submit yourself. On LinkedIn and external employer websites, the job agent can submit applications only inside a run you start. Auto-submit is on by default and can be turned off so you review and submit manually. You are responsible for the accuracy of your saved answers, profile, generated content, and application choices.

Subscription license

A current trial, monthly subscription, or annual subscription grants one customer a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the approved Apply with AI build on up to two active Chrome installations. New subscriptions include a three-day free trial. The monthly price is $15 and the annual price is $99 unless a checkout explicitly states otherwise. AI provider access and provider charges are not included.

You may not resell access, share activation secrets, publish protected release files, bypass installation limits, or use the product to facilitate spam, impersonation, or prohibited automation.

Platform and provider responsibility

You must follow the rules of Upwork, LinkedIn, external employer websites you use, and every AI provider you connect. Subscription-based Claude and ChatGPT connections are unofficial and may stop working or be remotely disabled. Other supported provider connections are available in Settings, but no provider availability is guaranteed.

Apply with AI is independent and is not endorsed by Upwork, LinkedIn, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Product capabilities do not guarantee that page reading, form filling, or application automation is permitted by a third-party platform.

Updates and availability

The extension is installed through Chrome Developer mode and does not silently update. Customers must download promoted releases, replace files in the same permanent folder, and reload the existing extension. Only promoted releases from the protected account area are supported.

Billing, free trial, cancellation, and refunds

Stripe processes subscription checkout and provides the customer portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. New monthly and annual subscriptions start with a three-day free trial and require a payment method. You pay $0 when the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the selected plan price, and the subscription then renews at the selected interval until cancelled. The base prices are USD 15 per month or USD 99 per year; Stripe shows applicable tax and any local-currency options before you confirm. You can cancel future charges at any time through your account’s billing portal. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged the subscription price and access continues until the trial ends. After a paid charge, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, access continues until that period ends, and cancellation does not automatically refund that charge. A checkout return does not activate access; your trial or paid subscription must be verified before access begins.

For purchases marked “Sold through Link”, Stripe handles transaction support and may issue refunds under the Link transaction terms and its refund policies. For existing direct-sale subscriptions, Apply with AI does not offer voluntary refunds after a charge, including for unused time or a change of mind. These policies do not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will provide it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the product for automatic outreach, automatic message sending, or bulk submission on Upwork. LinkedIn application runs apply only to jobs you choose to pursue and remain subject to each platform’s rules.
  • Do not misrepresent experience, identity, availability, or work samples.
  • Do not attempt to access another customer’s account, installation, or private release.
  • Do not extract, redistribute, or publicly expose the private source or release package.

ailavo.com mailbox terms

You may explicitly choose one permanent ailavo.com address with valid Apply with AI access. Mail setup, reading and sending require an active entitlement. Export and deletion remain available after access ends; existing receiving, forwarding and retention continue under their own settings. The address cannot be renamed, transferred or reassigned after deletion. Current mailbox consent version: 2026-10-10. You are responsible for the mail you send and the accuracy of recipient addresses. The extension reads mail and verification codes but never sends mail or deletes it.

Mailbox storage starts at 1 GB with a 25 MB limit per incoming or outgoing message. The mailbox always keeps only the last 30 days of email in every folder. Older email, attachments and raw MIME are automatically deleted. Age starts at receipt for incoming mail, sending for sent mail and creation for unsent drafts. Moving, starring or labeling mail does not extend this period. Save or export mail you need before expiry; expired mail cannot be recovered from the mailbox. The privacy notice describes mail storage, AI classification, forwarding to an active saved destination, export, deletion and permanent address retirement. Sending limits apply, bulk mail and mail merge are prohibited, and sending can be suspended for abuse, complaints or excessive bounces. Executable attachments cannot be downloaded and unscanned files remain quarantined.
