The product
Apply with AI is a Chrome extension that helps draft and insert freelance proposals and client-message replies. It does not submit proposals or send messages automatically. You are responsible for reviewing every draft, confirming facts, making necessary edits, and manually choosing whether to submit or send it.
Subscription license
A current monthly or annual subscription grants one customer a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the approved Apply with AI build on up to two active Chrome installations. The monthly price is $15 and the annual price is $99 unless a checkout explicitly states otherwise. AI provider access and provider charges are not included.
You may not resell access, share activation secrets, publish protected release files, bypass installation limits, or use the product to facilitate spam, impersonation, or prohibited automation.
Platform and provider responsibility
You must follow Upwork’s rules and the terms of every AI provider you connect. Subscription-based Claude and ChatGPT connections are unofficial and may stop working or be remotely disabled. An Anthropic API-key path is provided as a fallback, but no provider availability is guaranteed.
Apply with AI is independent and is not endorsed by Upwork, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Manual final submission does not guarantee that every page-reading or page-insertion behavior is permitted by a third-party platform.
Updates and availability
The extension is installed through Chrome Developer mode and does not silently update. Customers must download promoted releases, replace files in the same permanent folder, and reload the existing extension. Only promoted releases from the protected account area are supported.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Stripe processes subscription checkout and provides the customer portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time through your account’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your subscription access continues until that period ends. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period. A checkout return does not prove payment or activate access; access begins only after a verified paid-invoice event.
Purchases are non-refundable: Apply with AI does not offer voluntary refunds after purchase, including for unused time or a change of mind. This policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will provide it.
For a billing error or a request concerning your legal rights, contact support with the Stripe invoice identifier and no full payment-card details.

Acceptable use
- Do not use the product for bulk applying, automatic outreach, or automatic sending.
- Do not misrepresent experience, identity, availability, or work samples.
- Do not attempt to access another customer’s account, installation, or private release.
- Do not extract, redistribute, or publicly expose the private source or release package.
